Delivery & Returns
All deliveries must be signed for. We advise that you keep your receipt. If you are not satisfied with your product you must notify us (your receipt is required) within 28 days after receiving your delivery. You must ensure the product is new and unused.
Please send your returned items recorded delivery to Willyfinder, 39, The Vale Business Centre, 203-205 The Vale, London, W3 7QS (we are not responsible for the cost of returned goods). We will replace faulty or damaged goods or we will refund your item. Replacements will not be made for items that have been damaged due to neglect or misuse.
Goods take on average 2-3 days to be delivered to customers in the UK but can take up to a week for customers in Europe and the rest of the World.
