Item not perfect, or not quite what you were hoping for? No problem! Please follow these steps for a refund.
If you are not satisfied with your product or would like to return or exchange it for something else, you must notify us within 14 days after receiving your delivery by email@example.com quoting your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for return. We will then send you the necessary information.
If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, you must ensure the product is clean, new and unused, with any hang tags still attached and it must be in the original packaging. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you at your expense.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether a refund can be processed.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse.
Please note, unless the refund is due to a mistake by Willyfinder, when processing a refund, we will only refund the product total, not the shipping costs.
We cannot process the refund until we receive the returned products so we recommend using a tracked/insured service, please keep proof of postage.
Cost of return postage
We are not responsible for shipping fees or the cost of returning goods unless there is an error with your order.
Returns are at your own risk so please return your items via a registered postal carrier using a tracked and signed for service as we cannot be accountable for lost post. If your returned items are lost, you must take this up with the carrier.
If your parcel is returned to us due to a mistake with your address, the courier not being able to deliver to your address, or if you refuse a package for whatever reason, including not paying any tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product minus the shipping, taxes and additional fees required to return the package to us, plus any additional restocking fees.
Cancelling an order
Under EU distance selling rules you have the right to cancel your order without charge at any time up until 14 days after you receive the item. However, this does not apply to items that have been worn or used.
To cancel your order, you must inform us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please provide your name, address, order number and a contact telephone number to allow us to process your request.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, long johns and hats cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note: If you bought your products as part of an offer, such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free, you will need to return all parts of the offer to receive a full refund. If you received a complimentary item free of charge with an order, and the full order is returned without the complimentary item, you will be billed for said item.
